Improving your lung capacity for aerobic endurance 🏃♂️❤️🔥 (With this Breathwork Exercise)
Your heart is one of your most important organs in the body 💯 And so are your lungs 🫁
Recently I’ve been trying consistent breathwork meditations.. to better these organ systems 🙌🏽
And I’ve noticed how much it’s improved my aerobic exercise (running, jogging, skipping etc) 🏃♂️🔥
Here how you can do it too:
Step 1:
Inhale deeply 4 seconds through nose
Exhale for 4 seconds through your mouth
Step 2:
Repeat 4 seconds inhale
Feel your stomach expand (as apposed to your chest)
Step 3:
Repeat 4 seconds exhale
Feel your stomach contract
Step 4:
Repeat 10-20 times for
increased oxygen intake
