Often called the "Moth Orchid" this variety of orchid is the most commonly found in the houseplant hobby, and is known to be a sturdy variety that is easier to rebloom than most other types.

They enjoy very strong indirect light but avoid direct sun. Unopened buds require strong indirect light or they may not open.

Allow the media (most often sphagnum moss) to dry out completely, then soak the media under running water and allow to drain before putting back in its pot.
