Dr. Eli Rosenberg is Deputy Director for Science in the Office of Public Health at the New York State Department of Health. An infectious disease epidemiologist by background, he oversees special epidemiologic projects, research, and data activities at the Office of Public Health. Dr. Rosenberg is also an associate professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University at Albany School of Public Health, State University of New York , and was previously on faculty at Emory University Rollins School of Public Health and a guest epidemiologist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He received his PhD in Epidemiology from Emory University and BS in Biometry and Statistics from Cornell University.
