Grissini is an Italian breadstick. Thin, lite and crispy. Paired best with soups. Sourdough is a wild-yeast made by mixing just flour & water. When time comes to kick-off commercial yeast, goodness of Sourdough yeast comes handy. The naturally fermented dough not only can be altered at your pace but also easy-peasy to use. A healthier option of eating I would say... So, come let’s get started with the starter.
Sourdough Sandwich Loaf:
1. Whole wheat flour – 50g
2. Salt – 3g
3. Honey – 10g
4. Oil – 10g
5. Sourdough discard/ water – 100g
- Preheat oven at 350F/ 180C
- Bake for about 10-12mins
- Cool & store in an airtight container
