Filmed on 25/02/2017. The second and final station of the day brings us one station down no more than 1/2 a mile apart, welcome to Manchester Oxford Road (Season 4 Episode 11).

Another new station to feature during the Manchester visit. Still, quite a busy station nevertheless.

Manchester Oxford Road features a variety of Arriva Rail North, Arriva Trains Wales and First Transpennine Express services heading to a variety of destinations including: Liverpool Lime Street, Bolton, Manchester Airport, Southport, Norwich, Scarborough, Glasgow Central and Hazel Grove.

Not sure if this is a regular formation: two of First Transpennine Express class 185's with a service from Scotland heading to Manchester Airport. This service is normally operated by a class 350 unit.

Stations between Preston and Blackpool North had replacement buses in operation during the day due to engineering works taking place.
