I know how hard it can be to fit in a full workout when you have a busy lifestyle, or if you are a parent. That’s why I wanted to include express workouts in my new program, BBG Zero Equipment. My express workouts are all under 15 minutes, so they are quick workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. Now you know you CAN still get in a decent workout - without having to worry about time.
