Microlaryngeal Surgery. Left vocal fold epidermoid cyst is resected using a medial microflap technique. Key to success is to preserve mucosa and normal tissue as much as possible.
In vocal cyst surgery post-operative pain is tolerable and usually patients are discharged within the same day. Voice rest is not mandatory.
