Day 2 of our annual fishing excursion into the mountains of Idaho! (If you missed Day 1, click here: [ Ссылка ] ) It was tough to catch crappie, but the smallmouth bass bite was fire! We cooked our catch up over the fire, but came to the conclusion that when we roast a fish over a fire, we should leave it whole. If you filet a fish and then try to roast the filets, they dry out as they cook and are just not as tasty. Just a little tip if you guys want to try it yourselves...
