Goblin's Lair is an old slot canyon in Utah, which turned into a cave after a massive rockslide.
It's located in Goblin Valley State Park.
Goblin’s Lair is also known as the Chamber of the Basilisk, and is popular with hikers and people into rappelling and canyoneering.
You can hike a mile-long trail to Goblin's Lair, or rappel down through the natural skylights in the rock above the cave.
Goblin Valley is in a remote section of Southern Utah, and makes a great day trip from Moab or even Salt Lake City. It's a popular stop for people driving between the region’s national parks, which include Canyonlands, Arches, and Capitol Reef.
