Nothing like a beautiful day at the park with your church family. Add good food and one crazy person and you get all sorts of mix up going on! The Oleta River State Park in North Miami Beach is the perfect backdrop for my take on the Juicy Lucy burger. Obviously I just made it on the fly without the proper ingredients or the correct ground chuck that I would use if I was making it at home but you get the idea!
