Pilonidal sinus is a common problem among males who are hairy. Tight clothing increases the risk. Frequently present with multiple tracts and may present with painful swelling or a discharging opening. Though LASER treatment is good for a single tract with a linear path, multiple sinuses in a line may benefit by complete excision and a skin flap.
