The UNFCCC was set up to begin to consider what can be done to reduce global warming and to cope with whatever temperature increases are inevitable.
"Eighty-five percent of the funds that are required to reduce climate change will come from the private sector. Thus, the government needs to create a policy that will compromise with private businesses so each can attain the environment policy they need."
