Another knife attack in China... in the restive Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
China's Xinhua News Agency reports a mob of people in Shache County attacked civilians, vehicles and government offices with knives and axes on Monday. Cars were also set ablaze, as police shot dead dozens of people in that gang. The number of killed and injured... in what's being described as an "organized and premeditated" terror attack... is not yet known.
A similar strike was observed in the county in December.
