This Video was shot at the Augharnath Mandir (Kali Paltan) in Meerut.
Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this Hindu temple is located in the Cantonment area of the city and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Meerut. The Shivling here is Swayambhu, which means it came out of the earth on its own and isn't manmade.
This Temple is also the place where the great revolt of India’s independence in 1857 started. The temple complex also includes a memorial which was built to commemorate the martyrs of the Independence War of 1857. However, the memorial was under maintenance at the time of shooting this video and therefore could not be included in the video.
