Singapore Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan delivered a ministerial statement on the Singapore-Malaysia maritime dispute in Parliament on Monday (Jan 14), saying daily intrusions by Malaysian government vessels into Singapore waters have continued despite Malaysia saying it will "take all effective measures to de-escalate the situation on the ground".
