Ingredients for Chicken changezi Biryani:
For Chicken Marination:
2 kg of chicken
1 cup of yogurt
1 tbsp of ginger, garlic & green chili paste
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of red chili powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
2 tsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 tsp of all spice powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of oil

For biryani:
2 & 3/4 cups of oil
1/2 cup of yogurt
2 tbsp of ginger, garlic & green chili paste
1.5 tbsp of salt
1 tsp of red chili powder
2 tsp of red chili flakes
1 tbsp of coriander powder
1 tbsp of cumin
1 tsp of all spice powder
1 tsp of turmeric powder
12 green cardamom
5 black cardamom
20 cloves
2 star anise
3 cinnamon sticks
2 bay leaves
10 dry plum
500 grams of tomatoes
3 large onion

For Rice
6 liters of water
2 kg of rice
8 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of cumin
3 to 4 green chilies
5 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
as required mint and coriander leaves
As required orange and yellow food color
