Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader BS Yediyurappa has termed Jagadish Shettar's defection to Congress as a "mistake". Mr Shettar joined the Congress after being dropped by the BJP as a candidate for the upcoming Karnataka Assembly elections.
