Five people were rescued, at least eight people were killed and dozens more remain missing after a blaze broke out on a charter boat early Monday morning directly off Santa Cruz Island, across from the Ventura County coastline. Later Monday, those familiar with the vessel visited its home port to leave flowers and pay their respects. Joy Benedict reports.
