How to Purchase High End Weapon and craft in The Division

Crafting in The Division allows players make weapons, masks, armor, backpacks, weapon mods, gear mods and mor
Blueprints will require either: Fabric, Electronics, Weapon Parts or Tools in various quantities and qualities in order to be able to craft certain items
High End Weapons in The Division are the best Weapons you can find or purchase, and are generally End Game items that require players to be at level 30 before they can be purchased or farmed. They have a gold colored icon , making them easy to tell apart from other weapons.

High-End Weapons
Where do I Find High-End Weapons?
High-End Weapons and Gear can be acquired by (note: the following activities assume the player is at max level):
Purchasing them from a special Vendor in the furthest north Safe Room inside Dark Zone 6 or from the Special Gear vendor that appears in the Tech Wing of the Base of Operations at max level, Keep in mind that items purchased at both special vendors require Phoenix Credits which can be earned by completing Daily Missions and missions on Challenging difficulty. The 4 Missions available in Challenging are: Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint, WarrenGate Power Plant, Lexington Event Center, and Russian Consulate.
Crafting from Blueprints. Blueprints and crafting materials can be obtained from the special gear vendors named above as well as rewards for completing certain Missions on Challenging.
Drops from named elite (yellow health bar) Enemies. These can be from inside or outside of Dark Zones. Outside of Dark Zones, you can find named bosses at the ends of Missions.
Obtained as a reward from completing an available mission on Challenging


Farming High End Weapons
Named elite (yellow hp bar) Enemies have a chance to drop high end loot on death. You may improve your chances of getting a high end drop from named elite enemies by equipping Gear with the Scavenging Attribute on it. If you're having a hard time finding Gear with Scavenging on it, try some Recalibration in the Tech Wing to re-roll your gear attributes. You can view the value of your Scavenging attribute from you player stats screen.

Furthermore, playing missions on harder difficulties improves the chances of obtaining a high end loot drop so when farming for high end equipment, try and tackle missions on the highest difficulty you can manage.
