What is a VA termite inspection in real estate? What do sections 1 and 2 mean in the termite inspection report? Termite inspections are done by the termite inspector who finds termites, mold, and other damaging elements inside the house.
Every home, especially old homes and wood homes, should undergo a thorough inspection. The reasons why are simple.
1. The inspection will prevent the house from any damage in the future.
2. The inspection will put the homebuyer at ease because they will now know their new house is free of any pests or mold.
When the inspector fills out the inspection report they will make notes in Sections 1 & 2. These fields provide information on the health of the house.
In the video, Brian explains how to interpret Sections 1 & 2 of the termite inspection report so you can translate this information to your client.
