A video of a UP cop beating a man has gone viral on social media. Video is from Roonapar area of Azamgarh district in Uttar Pradesh, where SP Sudhir Kumar Singh is seen slapping a youth, who was protesting over inaction in a case related to rapeof a 8 year old.
