Rice pudding, in Tuscany and exactly in Florence is called "rice pudding" but has no resemblance to rice pudding, but it is sweet, a single-portion pasta that resembles small single-portion cakes prepared with a shell of pasta, inside which it houses a cream of rice with lemon scent, which we love very much in our breakfast with cappuccino.
