SETUP - 2 Springs, Footbar up
REPETITIONS - 1x
GOALS & BENEFITS
Huge stretch for chest, shoulders and front body
Strengthens back of legs, seat, arms & shoulders
Requires advanced control to stabilize hyperextension of spine
TIPS & CUES
Always use a spotter when learning this exercise, 3 springs may be useful as well
Don't drag head on headpiece when lifting
Make sure feet are well secured on the footbar as one leg lifts
Keep weight evenly distributed between legs and arms
