The Civil Aviation Ministry has announced suspension of all flights originating from the UK to India effective Monday from 11:59pm to December 31 midnight over new coronavirus strain fears. A growing number of countries are stepping up restrictions on travel to and from the UK. The move comes after the UK reported a more infectious coronavirus variant. Several countries including Germany, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, Turkey and Canada are suspending UK flights.
