It starts with boiling fresh potatoes and whole onions outdoors over a wood fire. Then we add in fresh cod to each batch - and as we stir the boiling kettles, we keep adding wood to the fire and simultaneously grill our locally famous BBQ chicken and BBQ ribs. Our honey barbeque sauce is a well kept family secret that has been passed down through generations with a sweet whiskey base.
Unlike other fish boils that use trout or whitefish, the cod we serve is completely free of skin and bones. With one bite of our fish we guarantee to transform you instantly into a raving fan. Served with drawn butter, the sweet taste of the boiled cod is very close to that of lobster.
