In this easy cooking video, I make some BBQ pulled pork on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. I seasoned the pork shoulder butt roast with The Rub by The J Christopher Company and then cooked it for 4 hours on a 300 degree F grill. Next, I wrapped the pork in foil and cooked it for another 90 minutes until the internal temperature reached about 205 degrees F.
