C-PACE is a program developed by the State of Utah and makes it possible for owners of commercial,
industrial, multi-family, and non-profit properties to obtain low-cost, long-term funds for energy efficiency,
water conservation, renewable energy projects, and more. The projects, energy savings, and tax strategies
create a positive cash flow and a more valuable property. The program is managed by the State of Utah
and approved at the city level.
