The first edition of Gaatha: Mumbai International Storytelling Festival may have come to an end but its spirit, impact and purpose endures!
Kudos to the organising committee, led by Amrita Somaiya, Gaatha Chair and Usha Venkatraman, Festival Director and founder of Mumbai Storytellers Society. Hema Subramanian and Shalini Bajaj Surve of MSS who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring Gaatha to life and to Babita Krishan, Festival Producer and Head of Student and Alumni affairs at Somaiya Vidyavihar who made all the magic happen on campus. Special mention for Pushpendra Dhansoia, Shriya Pawar, Dr Irfan and the amazing student volunteers from Somaiya Vidyavihar who made the event a roaring success!
