This is a traditional Maharashtrian one-pot healthy meal called “Shengole” or “Jowar Drops”. This dish serves 2 and can be enjoyed on warm winter nights.
Ingredients:
Jowar (Sorghum) flour - 1/2 cup
Besan (Gram) flour - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Green chilies - 2
Cumin seeds - 1.5 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Cilantro - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
