You mentioned that your period is almost two weeks late and you took a home pregnancy test and that's good, the first sign of pregnancy is usually a missed period so whenever you're regular and your period never starts you should rule out pregnancy if there is any chance you could be pregnant. Because it was negative this far out from your missed period that result was probably pretty reliable. If you still haven't started wait another five to seven days and take another test. If that is still negative then continue to watch and track your periods and bleeding and if you're irregular or have missed a period for a total of three months then call your doctor and they can determine if further investigation or treatments are warranted for that. There are many different things that can contribute to irregular bleeding and they can talk to you more about your situation and decide what applies to you. You also mentioned that you've experienced some cramping. Cramping can be caused by many different things, it could be your body gearing up for a period. If you were indeed pregnant it can be normal to experience a little bit of mild cramping in the beginning. Sometimes cramping is not related to reproductive organs, it could be intestinal. Again, there are many different possibilities. If it continues to persist or if it's becoming so intense it's hard for you to function then call your doctor and again, they can look into it and decide if anything should be done about it. Good luck with everything and if you have more questions for me in the future, feel free to ask them on our Facebook page at [ Ссылка ] and recommend us to your friends and family too.
