Churrasco Picanha with Jalapeño Vinaigrette Salsa is on fire! 🥩🌿🌶🔥
Remaking an old school recipe I did 2.5 years ago. Grabbed some picanha and sliced them up to be skewered on my large sword skewers. After slowly roasting them close to the fire, I make a jalapeño vinaigrette salsa to add to the top. Savory, salty and tangy all at the same time. So. Fricken. Delicious.
