n investigation is underway to figure out how a man died and how his body ended up in a pond.
Deputies were called around 8:30 a.m. Sunday near the Terrace Park of Five Towns condominiums on 80th Street North to a report of a body found in the water.
The body was identified as Robert Mulvey, 69, of St. Petersburg. Deputies say his death does not appear to be suspicious.
