Did you know that there's paint made from cow dung (gobar), and the market for it is worth 6000 crores? I visited their factory to understand how it's made and share it with you.

I've divided the process into 3 steps:

Step 1:
First, we take fresh cow dung (gobar)and add water. Then, we add two secret chemicals. After cooling for 6 hours, we get this liquid.

Step 2:
In this step, we put the cow dung liquid, demineralized water, lime, and some secret ingredients into a machine. This mixture turns into pure white paint. It's also interesting how they make different colors from this.

While making the paint, I noticed it didn't smell bad at all. Because it's made from cow dung, it has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It also works as a natural thermal insulator, which might be why our grandmothers used cow dung (gobar) to coat houses.

Final Step:
In the last step, we give a command to the computer, and it produces the exact color paint we want. And here is their final product.

When I met the founders, they told me that the total paint market in India is worth 78,000 crores, and the market for paint made from cow dung (gobar) is 6000 crores and growing. This paint is eco-friendly, long-lasting, and 20% cheaper than chemical paints.
