Aging Well welcomes Adult Family Care (AFC) Director Jeanne Leyden into the studio, to discuss how her program helps family caregivers through compensation, training and respite. Also known as Adult Foster Care, this program is available free-of-charge to people who are MassHealth eligible and cannot live alone because they need help with daily tasks.
