The CDC debate over children's COVID-19 vaccines is over. On Tuesday afternoon, the agency approved the use of Pfizer's jab for kids aged 5 to 11 years old. But the latest data shows a majority of parents aren't ready for their kids to get the shot. NBC's Jay Gray has a closer look.
