Karnataka Landslide | Karnataka has been experiencing severe consequences from heavy rainfall, leading to multiple landslides. A major landslide on July 30 at Shiradi Ghat, Sakleshpur, severely disrupted traffic on NH-75, leaving vehicles stranded for kilometers. Six vehicles, including a tanker, a lorry, and two cars, were buried under the mud. Officials are working to clear the debris, expecting traffic to be halted for six hours. Similar landslides have occurred on the Puttur-Sampaje road.
