Welcome back to We Play Games! This video is the eighth in a playlist designed primarily to help you get the tools you need to succeed in Multiplayer, though obviously the things that are successful in Multiplayer are similarly good in Singleplayer (though the current state of the AI means you can kinda do whatever you want to in Singleplayer and feel OP).

In Age of Wonders 4 there are a few spells that are so wildly, unbelievably overpowered that they are generally not allowed in a bunch of Multiplayer communities. I went back and forth on how to evaluate things in this Tier List, but given that it is my personal hope that Triumph eventually fixes the spells that are broken beyond all belief, I went ahead and evaluated things from the perspective of the broken stuff being banned. Is this the right thing to do? Is there a moral stance on Awaken Instincts? What about the rest of the Tier 4 Tomes- what can they offer to you as you plan out your final conquest of the rest of the world?
