Scenic but freezing conditions at Crewe with Steam, Diesel and AC Electrics all on the move around LSL's depot today.
First up is 87002 working up and down the horse landings (reason unknown), followed by B1 61306 'Mayflower' returning from a Crewe-Chester-Crewe test run. The loco is seen approaching LSL"s depot from the south after working around a triangle in Gresty/Basford Hall sidings to be turned ready for its tour working later in the week.
Gronk 08631 was busy today - Seen shunting Deltic D9000 around the depot and also a couple of wagons also.
A2 Blue Peter makes a brief appearance presumably making a move to accomodate the return of Mayflower back into the depot.
