As per the latest news coming on Mirror Now, a 30-year-old BJP worker was hacked to death in Chennai by a 3 member gang. The victim is identified as Balachandran who is the Chennai district secretary of BJP’s SC/ST wing. The victim had suffered serious cut injuries and was taken to Government General Hospital, where the doctors declared him as brought dead. The victim's father says that the family will not take their son's body back until the accused are nabbed. This is the third such incident in a week. The incident has raised serious questions over the deterioration of the law and order situation in Chennai city which has seen a spate of murders in the past few days.
