☀️ This morning routine will begin with some spinal movement, followed by exploring ranges of motion with a primal movement drill, stretching the lower body, and testing our balance at the end… Some drills are meant to mobilize, while others will put more emphasis on endurance, balance, and challenge your creativity in expressing motion. In the end, you can pick if you want to finish it off with a grounded shake or stand in stillness focusing on the breath and the sensations of the body.
