Playa del Cura is a large stretch of sandy beach in the heart of Torrevieja.
Much of the coastline of the municipality of Torrevieja consists of rocky outcrops and small sandy coves, but Playa del Cura is an exception. Located in the heart of the city, this is definitely an urban beach, boasting a wide strip of sand and an abundance of shops, restaurants and services in the high-rise buildings located on the other side of Avenida de los Marineros. The sand covers an area of ​​more than ten thousand square meters over 375 meters.
