Join me for weekday inspiration on packing an easy, quick and healthy lunch for a preschooler! I use a variety of different lunchboxes and bento boxes and a mix of homemade and pre-prepared foods.
My priorities for packing a healthy lunch are:
1. Protein
2. Healthy fats
3. Vegetables
4. Fruit
I don't pack anything containing sugar, but otherwise nothing is off-limits!
