e-Qualitas' 2022/23 cohort attended the second in-person training day of their Teacher Training Programmes this week; sessions were hosted at e-Q's Hend House base and also at University College London classrooms.

The cohort spent the day with their relevant subject lead, looking at behaviour management strategies, techniques and activities. e-Qualitas' ITT curriculum places great value of subject specificity, with trainees divided into groups by this: Secondary Maths, Secondary english, Secondary Science; The SCITT's primary cohort was divided into two groups, spending sessions with the SCITT's Subject Leads for Primary Maths and Primary Phonics.

In this short highlights video we join Primary Maths Subject Lead Vicki Cann as she opens the day's training sessions. Additionally we see training sessions and group activities at UCL and Hend House, as well as interviews with current trainee teachers.
