It was the language of the Sephardic Jews and has many influences from Spanish, Hebrew, Aramaic, but also from Arabic, Turkish as well as Greek, Portuguese and French.
Dekel Bor has played with Jazz Legends Johnny Griffin, Pat Martino, Roy Hargrove, Billy Hart, Donny McCasslin and many others. His new album entitled Let Love Rule is out now on Ropeadope Records and is winning global critical acclaim.
