The Schezwan Noodles, as the name suggests, is an authentic Chinese preparation of hakka noodles with sautéed veggies.
INGREDIENTS:
Oil 4 tsp
Chicken pieces ½ cup
Garlic(chopped) ½ tsp
Ginger(chopped) ½ tsp
Onions 1 nos
French beans(julian's) ¼ cup
Carrot(julian's) ¼ cup
Cabbage(julian's) ¼ cup
Red chilly paste 1 tsp
Soya sauce ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbs
Green bell pepper ¼ cup
Salt To taste
Boiled noodles and mix nicely using foke.
Egg 1 nos
Spring onions or coriander leaves 1 tsp
METHOD:
1. Heat 3 tsp oil in a pan and add chicken pieces and saute it, later add garlic ginger and saute it.
2. To it add onions, french beans, carrot, cabbage, red chilly paste, soya sauce, vinegar, green bell pepper, salt and saute it for 1 -2 mins.
3. Add boiled noodles and mix nicely using foke.
4. Heat 1tsp oil in another pan and beaten egg and scramble it and add this to noodle mixture and mix nicely.
5. At last add spring onions or coriander leaves and check for seasoning.
6. Now chicken schezwan noodles are ready to serve.
