With more than 10 years of development, Meitrack factory established in 2011 has set up its own automated SMT workshop and is equipped with solder paste inspection (SPI) and automated optical inspection (AOI) devices. The factory adopts a comprehensive quality control process including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC), and has passed ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certification. In the meantime, it implements standardized and intelligent production management by using the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and manufacturing execution system (MES), so as to increase production efficiency and improve product quality.
