This time we picked up a Flagship Citra Wheat kit.
The flagship kits are 2 can kits with premium yeast and usually some other additions (this one had 56g of Citra as a dry hop addition.
Muntons describe this as......
"Citra Hazy Wheat
Using two cans of our Wheat Malt extract (one hopped, one un-hopped), this kit produces a full-bodied, hazy wheat beer, complimented by 56g of powerful Citra hop pellets. Continuing our stance that Muntons Flagship should champion beer quality, we’ve included an 11.5g sachet of Fermentis WB-06 yeast
Approx. 5.0% ABV
Hop pellets: 56g Citra
Notes: full-bodied, hazy wheat beer
Bitterness: 20 IBU
IBU Colour: 19 EBC
