The 2021 Global Findex showed that, over the past decade, more than a billion people have gained access to basic financial tools. But more than 1.4 billion people are still left out today, and reaching this population will be much more challenging. How can we focus our efforts to advance inclusive finance over the next decade — and build an inclusive recovery from the global pandemic?
In this session, leaders from across the nonprofit, development finance, and private sectors will come together to discuss priorities needed to ensure that the financial system works for all. How can global stakeholders work across sectors to create a more encompassing framework that can build trust, strengthen accessibility and usefulness of financial services for vulnerable populations, and unlock equitable opportunity for everyone?
