Enable WSL 2:
turn on and off windows features
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:VirtualMachinePlatform /all /norestart

Fix Error: WSL 2 requires a kernel component:
