15 Minute walking workout today......,Ready for a low impact indoor walking workout? I have you covered today. Walking workout for weight loss that is still low back friendly, low impact, and fun. This is great for all Fitness levels and easy to customize. Great as a beginners workout, Seniors workout, or cardio workout for seniors this indoor walking workout is an awesome workout for anyone. Our biggest goal today is to get that heart rate up to a comfortably increased level allowing us to get those fat burning workout benefits today. I don't want that to be the end of it today though. We are also working in a light bit of muscle toning and leg toning exercises. We also add in gentle arm toning exercises, foot strength exercises, and ankle strength exercise. We have a bit of gentle hip mobility and stretching. A big focus today is exercises for some quick deep core strengthening.
